Bright red boards with gold lettering on spine, impressed crest on front cover. The corners are worn, there is light soiling on the cover. The pages are yellowing, the text is clean and intact. The binding is tight. The text is filled with grafts, diagrams and mathematical equasions. The object of this book is to present the theory and some of the methods used in the design of the internal combustion engine. A reasonable mathematical background and knowledge of aerodynamics is assumed.
